Photo: Toonik Tyme highlights Iqaluit’s diversity

Anthony Fong, a recent arrival to Iqaluit from Vancouver, performs a Chinese song with the Iqaluit-based trio, Koel & the Twin Otters, at the April 12 opening of Toonik Tyme.
