A moment of solidarity Oct. 10, 2015, as Justin Trudeau and Hunter Tootoo serve food at an Iqaluit pre-federal-election event: Nunavut MP Hunter Tootoo admitted Aug. 3 to a “consensual relationship” with a female staffer when he was serving as the minister of Fisheries and Oceans. Tootoo said in a public media statement “Deeply sorry. Voluntarily told PMO about consensual relationship. Was asked to keep it private.
