“Roads to Opportunity:” The Kivalliq Trade Show, which kicked off Sept. 30 in Rankin Inlet, follows quickly on the heels of the successful Nunavut Trade Show in Iqaluit last week. Cathy Towtongie, the president of Nunavut Tunngavik Inc., offers opening remarks to participants, who number about 150 this year.
