Shawn Lester, who works at the accounting firm Mackay Landau in Iqaluit, was arrested for “laundering money without fabric softener” July 4 at the annual RCMP Jail-N-Bail fundraiser. A total of 17 people were arrested for mock crimes. Their “bail” money will be donated to the Niqinik Nunatsivik Nunavut Food Bank.
