Iqaluit resident Noah Papatsie, who is blind, says his guide dog Xeno, a two-year old golden retriever has changed his life for the better. Xeno, Nunavut’s first official guide dog, just finished his first winter in the North, and had no problems except that his leash kept breaking due to the cold weather.
