Yes, that’s a fresh dusting of snow in the hills outside of Arctic Bay July 12. But then again, it’s the High Arctic. You can get snow any time of the year. Arctic Bay temperatures, according to Environment Canada, are hovering around normal this week with lows of 0 C and highs of 7 C. (PHOTO BY CLARE KINES)
