Directors and executives of Nunavik’s Fédération des Coopératives du Nouveau-Québec, or Ilagiisaq, take a moment to view and judge the pieces of art submitted to the FCNQ’s 2015 carving contest. That was one of the events held as part of FCNQ meetings in Montreal last week.
