Wait, is that a clear sky in Nunavut’s capital? With an overnight storm subsiding in South Baffin, the City of Iqaluit has announced that city services will resume again after noon today, Nov. 1. Many local stores and taxi companies also announced on social media that they too are operating again after a Halloween blizzard swept through Nunavik and Baffin Island Oct. 31.
