Participants at Iqaluit’s first youth symposium on music and leadership pose May 31 at the Anglican parish hall in Iqaluit. Participants in the symposium, which ends June 1, include youth from Iqaluit, Igloolik and Pangnirtung who have demonstrated talent in music as well as leadership potential. “It’s turning out so well, I can totally see us trying to do this annually,” said facilitator Becky Kilabuk.
