Photo: RCMP call news conference to address cellblock video

Insp. Don Halina of the Nunavut RCMP “V” division talks to reporters at a mid-afternoon press conference May 6 in Iqaluit. The RCMP called the press conference to respond to a video that shows an altercation between a prisoner and two RCMP officers inside an Iqaluit. Nunavut RCMP have asked the Ottawa Police Service to investigate the incident to see whether it warrants disciplinary action.
