Police want help finding Pond Inlet sexual assailant

Police are looking for a man in Pond Inlet alleged to have committed a sexual assault Nov. 5 and they’re asking for help from the public to identify him.

Police say a woman was sexually assaulted by an unknown man who then fled the area.

“It is believed that the male suspect was wearing grey overalls, a black jacket and black boots,” a Nov. 7 news release from the RCMP said.

Police are asking requests anyone who may have information about this incident to call them at 867-899-0123.

A cash reward of up to $2,000 is available to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for this crime.
