Welcome to Iqaluit’s Marie-Antoinette Intergalactic Airport
Nunavut’s answer to homelessness and overcrowding?
Before the French Revolution in 1789, people in Paris were starving for want of bread, and Queen Marie-Antoinette said, “Let them eat cake”.
Given the homelessness and overcrowded housing in Nunavut, we could say:
“Let them live in Iqaluit’s $300 million Marie-Antoinette Intergalactic Airport.”
