Jose Kusugak deserves first Order of Nunavut

The newly-created Order of Nunavut is meant to honour people “who provide outstanding contributions to the cultural, social or economic well-being of Nunavut.”

I think it would be most fitting if Jose Kusugak was made the first recipient of this award.
