Polling stations in Nunavik are also open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Eastern. Polls in the Kivalliq region (Central time) open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 8:30 p.m. and polls in the Kitikmeot region (Mountain time) open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. Election results will become available across the country on television and on the internet after 10:00 p.m. Eastern, when polls close in British Columbia.
