Polar bears shouldn’t be kept in zoos
I am an activist and against polar bears being kept in zoos across this great country of ours Canada.
There are a good number of polar bears in zoos and they should no longer be held in captivity for amusement or showcase by the zoos. Polar bears should not be shipped to zoos from northern Canada.
Polar bears are marineand Arctic mammals and belong in their rightful place. I have seen cruelty and suffering caused by zoos because of the unnatural environment and climate.
Just for the sake of amusement at such animals, in the U.S. they have banned many fur-bearing exports and yet they want to keep live polar bears.
The animal activists who are against the hunting of seals and such should find their own little hinterland and make millions of their own livestock or protest at zoos or farms.
In Germany some time ago, a polar bear cub was headlined for amusement.
My message is no more polar bears in zoos they are not the right animals on list and location of interest for zoos.
