A little inspiration to start Kuujjuaq’s school year

Schools in Kuujjuaq opened their doors to students for registration on Thursday, August 15, in preparation for the start of classes today. To welcome their Grade 4 to Secondary 5 students, Jaanimmarik School had a special guest: Hannah Tooktoo Koneak, who recently completed a 4,000 km journey across Canada to raise awareness about the suicide epidemic in Nunavik.
