A Taste of the Arctic with Northern Haze

Igloolik’s Northern Haze rocks the room at Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami’s A Taste of the Arctic event in Ottawa on Wednesday, May 15. A celebration of Inuit Nunangat and northern culture, A Taste of the Arctic showcased Arctic talent and foodie-approved Inuit cuisine, including ringed seal sliders and narwhal chowder.
