A grateful thank-you

First of all, we would like to give a big thank-you to Pauloosie Keyooktak of QIA for bringing our oldest brother Simonie from the South to attend our beloved brother Shoatie Joannie’s funeral.

We would also like to thank Susie for bringing all the food, and Pitseolak for the bannock. Also, we would like to thank the Toonoonik Hotel and the Department of Finance for the beautiful flowers they sent us.

We don’t want to leave anybody out; we know and you know who you are; thank you for the support and comfort.

Last, but not least, thanks to the RCMP who are working hard day and night on an ongoing investigation to find the individual who took our brother, Shoatie Joannie, from us.
