Aboriginal-owned meat-producing companies?

I am planning a fundraiser activity for the Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal. I will cook a meal, and invite people to donate money to the NWSM.

I want to find companies, preferably native-owned, producing food products that might be able to use for this event.

The tentative date is March 20, 2011.

If you know of any company that produces inspected game meats (caribou, beaver, seal, moose, whatever else you might know about) or other products that can be legally sold in a restaurant, please let me know.
