Accused prowler scheduled for medical assessment

A man accused of entering two separate apartments in Iqaluit on March 26 with a master key, and sexually assaulting one woman has been order to undergo a psychiatric assessment at the Alberta Hospital in Edmonton.

Michael Qaunirq, 32, faces two counts of break and enter and one count of sexual assault.

He will remain in custody until his next court date on Aug. 7.
