Bingo tonight at AWG arena
Tonight, Feb. 24, Arctic Winter Games Arena, doors open at 6 p.m., games begin at 7 p.m. The city of Iqaluit is holding a bingo with a jackpot of $5,000 and total prizes worth $10,000. Cards are also on, at $60 for 10 games.
Public meeting on traffic fines
Monday, Feb. 27, 6 p.m., Iqaluit city hall. City council will hold a public hearing on the city’s new traffic and parking bylaw. Members of the public are encouraged to provide their input.

Saturday, March 11, 7:30 p.m., Aqsarniit Middle School. The Iqaluit Music Society presents a tea featuring local musicians performing classical, jazz and contemporary music. Admission is free; donations will go towards youth and community music programs.
