Arvaluk heads back to court

Nanulik MLA James Arvaluk will be in court Sept. 17. Arvaluk is appealing Justice John Richard’s March 7 order for a new trial.

Arvaluk was found not guilty of assault causing bodily harm against Sophie Sangoya last summer. Justice Richard overturned the ruling based on an error in fact and law.
