Arvaluk heads to court March 5

Nanulik MLA James Arvaluk heads to Nunavut Court of Appeal on March 5. Crown counsel is appealing Justice Howard Irving’s not-guilty ruling from June 2001. Arvaluk was acquitted of assaulting his then-girlfriend in August 2000 while in his riding of Coral Harbour.
