Asbestos clean-up

Asbestos was discovered recently in city hall’s boiler room, and as a result the city has hired Trow Consulting to create an “asbestos abatement program.”

The asbestos was discovered in the heating and ventilation system when one of Trow’s asbestos experts was in Iqaluit taking samples from municipal offices.
