Breastfeeding bash

In celebration of National Breastfeeding Week, Oct. 1 to Oct. 7, all breastfeeding women, all women and elders who have breastfed, and anyone else interested in breastfeeding are invited to the Iqaluit Public Health building on Sat., Oct. 2 at 10:30 a.m.

Similar competitions are being held in other Nunavut communities, as part of a national competition to which community can get together the most women breastfeeding at the same time.

In Iqaluit, door prizes include t-shirts and aprons.
