Bobby Kudlak, 28, will spend two years less a day in prison after pleading guilty to two separate sexual assaults that occurred on Aug. 29.

A female complainant was sleeping in her Cambridge Bay home when Kudlak slipped in through an open window and climbed into her bed. Kudlak was removing his pants when the woman told him to leave, which he did, the court heard.

Hours later, the intoxicated male entered the house of another sleeping woman. This time Kudlak fondled her before leaving.

Upon his release, Kudlak is prohibited from owning or operating a firearm for 10 years.
