Canadian North’s new look
The first new aircraft wearing the new Canadian North livery arrives in Iqaluit over the weekend. Transport Canada approved a merger last month between First Air and Canadian North, which will result in a new airline that will take Canadian North’s name and First Air’s look. Hopefully it will work out for the best and the prices for tickets n cargo does not increase.
Interesting registration number.
Some of the registrations are just what’s available, others are to honour people by using their initials if that registration is available.
In this case I think that it was just a happy coincidence and a good sense of humour.
Most of the RCMP aircraft have the MP plus a letter designation. The Twin Otter in Frob was MPF. But it helps to have pull.
what an ugly color, did they sent out a survey or ask the people for their input on the color & logo?
