Students from Ullluriaq School in Kangiqsualujjuaq spend part of Wednesday afternoon watching Canada’s historic first game at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. According to teacher Maxime Lalande, several of the students asked to watch Canada make its first appearance on soccer’s biggest stage in more than 36 years. In the end, Canada lost to Belgium 1-0.
