Doug Sage an outstanding professional

In almost 30 years of visiting the Baffin region as a psychiatric consultant, I have met many impressive professionals in the fields of health, social services and so on.

Among them, Doug Sage has been outstanding for his commitment, his work and his humanity.

He cares about each client/patient and he cares about the working needs of staff and colleagues. I know that our group of psychiatrists all appreciate the great support he has provided to us, often in person, as we try to provide service in a changing, and sometimes confusing, environment.

Doug will be greatly missed.
