Fire and mining teams learn from each other

Rankin Inlet Fire Rescue EMS took part in mine rescue training May 31, working with a team from Agnico Eagle Mines. Rankin Inlet fire Chief Mark Wyatt said the two groups often train together, with firefighters teaching fire safety and mitigation and miners training them in mine rescue skills.
