Halloween thrills and chills in Iqaluit

The goblins and ghoulies of Iqaluit took to the snowy streets to collect their share of candy this Halloween.

While the popular stops were a few frightfully decorated homes, it didn’t stop the Iqaluit fire department and municipal enforcement from making a few stops of their own.
