There was plenty of news to cover in 2025 — some of it tragic, some joyous and some that documented the day-to-day happenings in Canada’s Arctic.
Nunatsiaq News staff, and some photographers who freelanced for us, captured these images as they made news throughout the year. The photos alone can tell the story of the year, as we prepare to put away the 2025 calendar and open a new one.
