Inuk woman missing in Ottawa found safe
35-year-old had previously not been seen since Feb. 25; police thank public for helping to locate her

An Inuk woman who had been missing in Ottawa for more than three weeks has been found safe, police say.
The 35-year-old woman had last been seen on Montreal Road in the city’s east end on Feb. 25 before Ottawa police announced she was missing and that her family was trying to find her.
In a news release Monday, Ottawa police said the woman was safe and thanked the public for helping to locate her.
