Iqaluit marks National Indigenous Peoples Day with drive-in concert

Musician Brenda Montana performs Monday night in Iqaluit for a drive-in audience at the National Indigenous Peoples Day concert, organized by the Alianait Arts Festival. The concert at the Tarr Inlet trailhead was limited to 80 vehicles. With Iqaluit still in a COVID-19 outbreak that has eight active cases remaining in Nunavut’s capital, audience members were required to stay in their cars, wear masks and follow physical distancing rules.
