Parks Day, Sat., July 13
A full day of activities at Sylvia Grinnell Park, starting at 11 a.m., featuring a BBQ, bannock making contest from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., walks to learn more about local rocks and flowers and scavenger hunts for the kids, starting at 1 p.m.. Free bus transportation provided from Apex through Iqaluit to the park, including stops at the Visitors Centre and other points.
