Kangirsuk’s arena is up in flames

Firefighters are working to put out a major fire at the hockey arena in Kangirsuk this afternoon. It’s unclear how the blaze started, but community leaders are asking residents to stay away from the area. School is closed for the afternoon due to poor air quality in the Nunavik community.
