Land claim pact you can understand

Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. officially launched their latest publication, A Plain Language Guide to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement, on Tuesday.

The glossy, full-colour book works as a step-by-step guide to the complex set of articles that make up the official, legalese-ridden document.

NTI printed 10,000 copies of the book in English, Inuktitut and Inuinnaqtun. The books will be distributed widely in schools, hamlets and Inuit organizations across Nunavut.
