Another sign of a warming Arctic: Jobie Airo, a Kativik Regional Government employee, was out mowing grass around a staff housing unit on September 9 in Kuujjuaq, when the sun was shining and the temperature hit a high of 15.7C (more than six degrees above the normal high temperature for the day).
