Fifty years ago, Nunavik was a very different region. This provides a summary comparison of the infrastructure and government systems in place before and after the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement, focusing on health, education, governance, justice and land.

    Yes, the Inuit politicians, they were our Kativik Regional Government and Makivvik Corporation creators two seperate Governments to serve Inuit of Nunavimmiut.

    They had toughest challenge back then with Government of Quebec and Federal Government, fighting too with Hydro Quebec.

    May we remember the three members are no longer on land earth or with us;
