Nunavik journalist, singer among honourees at Montreal ceremony

William Tagoona, the Kuujjuaq singer-songwriter, journalist and founder of Inuit rock band The Harpoons, was among 16 people inducted to the Order of Arts and Letters of Quebec in a ceremony Monday night in Montreal. The honour recognizes outstanding contributions to the development and reputation of Quebec arts and literature.
