Nunavik Parks invites Iqalungmiut to visit
Visitors to Nunavik’s Pingualuit park climb up the edge of the park’s landmark crater, formed by a meteorite more than 1.4 million years ago. To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Nunavik Parks is offering an excursion to Pingualuit for Iqaluit-based visitors. The eight-day package, which departs March 16 and returns March 23, includes flights from Iqaluit to Kangiqsujuaq; transport from the community to the park, as well as guides, accommodation and meals, for $2,999.
