A 24-year-old man in Salluit is charged with four counts of sexual assault.
The man was arrested Aug. 5 and made his first court appearance on Aug. 12, Nunavik Police Service Capt. Patrice Abel said in an email.
Abel said the alleged victim was two years old.
The man is charged with one count each of sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, sexual interference, making child pornography, and possession of child pornography, Abel said.
He didn’t say how police became aware of the allegations, as the investigation is continuing.
The man is scheduled to return to court on Oct. 28.

With all the SA against women, teenage girls, girls and infants, this too will be swept under the rug and the predator will have to serve his prison term by being sent to another Nunavik community where he will have to complete at least 50 hours of community service work. Nunavik is being over run and rampant with these sickos!!!
