Nunavik students take part in annual Housing Day

The 20th anniversary of the Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau was marked on the annual Housing Day across Nunavik on August 28, celebrating homes and the future of housing in Nunavik. In Kuujjuaq, students walked the streets to promote awareness of the problem of vandalism in their community and took photos that showed off their Inuit pride in partnership with Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau, the Jaanimmarik School, Kuujjuaq Fire Department and the Kativik Regional Police Force.
