As under age is always mentioned on radio, nothing ever been done not even enforce the rules aren’t stopping by-laws. There’s a label on vehicles that requires only 16 years and up only. I’m sorry for the family that lost teenage boy and R.I.P. and I like to express my condolence and sympathy to the family.
