NWT weekly copes with similar gripes from politicians

We at the Slave River Journal all enjoyed your April 21 editorial.

The topic was strikingly similar to comments we’ve received from our mayor, council and other community leaders about our paper being “negative” and our reporters spinning everything to make it more controversial.

As one of our reporters said after reading your editorial, “that makes me feel a lot better knowing its not just us.”
