Crawling along Niaqunngusiariaq Road

Iqaluit residents drive along one open lane on Niaqunngusiariaq Road near the bottom of the hill heading to Apex while construction crews work. One lane will remain open at a time, with temporary traffic lights, as Kudlik Construction paves the road. The work started July 20 and is scheduled to end Aug. 2. (Photo by Mosha Folger)
