Another rainy day in the Arctic. Kuujjuaq entered a new month with rainfall on Dec. 1, as the temperature rose to 4 C. The community’s schools were closed to keep traffic off the roads, which became icy and slick. Environment Canada forecasts above zero temperatures in the Kuujjuaq until next week.
