When the Nunavut Liquor Commission’s task force held public hearings in Cambridge Bay on Nov. 17, David Kaosoni was among more than 50 people who came to the Luke Novoligak community centre to listen and speak. “I moved here in the 60’s,” Kaosoni said, noting that alcohol had has a huge impact in the community. “Alcohol won’t go away.
