Don’t forget to vote! Kirt Ejetsiak, the chief returning officer for the City of Iqaluit’s Dec. 13 by-elections, greets voters as they arrive at the entrance to Iqaluit’s cadet hall this morning. All eligible public government voters in Nunavut are today electing mayors, municipal councillors and district education authority members. At the same time, eligible Inuit beneficiaries are electing a president and two vice presidents to serve on the executive of Nunavut Tunngavik Inc.
