Nunavik’s Elisapie Isaac performs tonight in Montreal in a free outdoor concert. Called “North-South,” Isaac’s concert is part of the 2011 Présence Autochtone Festival, the Montreal First Peoples’ Festival, which continues until Aug. 9.
